I am treating the repeated subject as one piece. A group of birds heads, taken from the book ‘A History Of North American Birds’ each one copied into silver, zinc or gold and arranged in rows as they were on the pages of the book. Kept flat, and textured with punches and rolling techniques.

Each bird's head can be pinned to your body with a pin through the eye of the bird. Pins were made in various materials including silver, gold and coral.
