Oxidised Silver, 18ct gold, zinc, antique coral, steel.

Zinc has become a new material for me, the wonderful white chalky greys of its rust another pallet to play with. I have rolled it with dried plants and opened it out like mirror images, as if the plants have been collected and preserved by Victorian explorers. Reminiscent of old photographs or even x-rays.
